Each set of traffic instructions has an optional End Text section and Disclaimer. These sections are accessed from the Traffic Instructions window by clicking the End Text/Disclaimer tab above the Traffic Detail grid.
These are optional comments/instructions that appear at the end of the printed traffic instructions delivery section. They are typically "terms and conditions" or any information applying to the traffic as a whole. If no text is entered, the section is omitted when printing.

Traffic End Text
Optional text that will appear as entered, centered on the page. A typical end title might be "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS", etc. Click the Select drop down to replace any existing title and End Text with that stored in the Text Library. If no text is entered, the title line is omitted. This field supports Text Substitution and Spell Check.
This text typically consists of special conditions or other considerations related to traffic. When a media is selected for inclusion on a campaign, it will automatically inherit any default End Text set in the Text Assignments section of Program Options.
Regardless of the default setting, any existing text in the library for End Text can be selected for inclusion by accessing the Select drop down on the End Text/Disclaimer tab.
Use the Select drop down to choose predefined text content via the Text Library.
Right clicking the Select drop down list opens the Library Text Editor where any existing text in the library can be edited or new text can be created.
Of course, any inherited text can be edited or completely replaced, as desired. This field supports Text Substitution and Spell Check.
Directly above the End Text, you can set the Display Size of the text being edited, as well as the printed alignment and point size of the printed text. The default alignment and point size can be set in the Text Assignments section of Program Options.
This is an optional text field that appears at the bottom of each printed page of the traffic instructions.

Disclaimer Example
The Disclaimer operates in similar manner as the End Text. See that section for more details. This field supports Text Substitution and Spell Check.
Use the Select drop down to choose predefined text content via the Text Library.
There is a choice of how the disclaimer can appear on printed and emailed traffic instructions; no disclaimer, or on all pages. Disclaimers are printed at the bottom of the page with the alignment and point size selected (between 9 and 14 points).
